Reiki allows us to reconnect with our true nature, to welcome our humanity with humility and compassion by looking inward. Reiki is a Japanese practice that allows you to re-harmonise your energies and those of others.
For many students, the level 1 is the beginning of an inner journey towards yourself, a better life balance and inner peace.
Reiki can help you:
release stress
improve self-confidence
bring calm and well-being
relieve suffering, fears, phobias and anxieties
release emotional blockages
strengthen the immune system
improve the quality of sleep
etc.
This course is for anyone wishing to start or deepen personal development work to achieve overall well-being. You will learn the basics of Reiki healing, simple techniques of self-treatment, treatments for your loved ones, pets and plants. You learn to reduce stress, how to work on physical blocks in the body, and how to balance your body.
After this course you will be able to use this Reiki energy on yourself anytime and anywhere as well as on your loved ones, simply by putting your hands down and letting the Reiki energy flow freely.
No prerequisites or special knowledge are necessary.
